User responsibilities

  • Do not call numbers on national, state, provincial, internal, or company-specific Do-Not-Call lists unless a lawful exemption applies.
  • Honor Do-Not-Call, STOP, unsubscribe, and consent revocation requests promptly.
  • Maintain your own internal Do-Not-Call list when conducting business communications.
  • Comply with time-of-day restrictions and all applicable TCPA, CRTC, FTC, FCC, state, provincial, and local rules.

Platform enforcement

AunTel may block messages, throttle traffic, investigate complaints, suspend numbers, or terminate accounts for repeated or severe Do-Not-Call violations.

Report unwanted calls or messages

Unwanted calls or messages from an AunTel number may be reported to abuse@auntel.com.
