E911 limitations
VoIP-based 911 service has important limitations. Emergency calls may depend on power, internet availability, device access, and the registered service address associated with your account.
You must read and acknowledge the E911 Disclaimer before using voice services. You are responsible for keeping the registered emergency address accurate.
Third-party providers
AunTel uses third-party providers to deliver core functionality, including voice, messaging, phone number, payment, identity verification, and account verification services.
Provider availability, carrier filtering, network performance, policy requirements, and outages can affect service delivery.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, non-payment, suspected fraud, legal compliance concerns, abuse reports, carrier requests, or security risk.
You may cancel your account according to the billing workflow available in the dashboard. Data retention after cancellation remains subject to legal, billing, security, and telecommunications recordkeeping requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AunTel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or emergency-service-related damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided as is except where applicable law requires otherwise.
